Crafted from a 10mm (0.394") thick phenolic plate, the base measures 5-3/4" wide × 11-3/4" long for maximum support. A CNC-machined relief area around the router mounting zone is 5/32" deep, allowing clearance for anything up to 1/8" above the panel surface—perfect for trimming edge banding, laminates, or veneers.
Just set your flush trim bit a few thousandths above the surface, and you're ready to go—no tear-out, no fuss.
