At Garage Gear Direct ("we," "us," or "our"), we aim to provide a seamless and transparent shipping experience. This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions related to the delivery of products purchased from www.GarageGearDirect.com. Shipping terms vary by supplier — see the Shipping Policy by Supplier section below for supplier-specific details.
2. Shipping Destinations
Domestic: Continental United States (48 contiguous states)
We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, American Samoa, Guam, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, or APO/FPO/DPO addresses unless otherwise noted by a specific supplier.
International: Available on select products — rates shown at checkout
PO Boxes: Not accepted for freight shipments
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the total combined weight of your order, your delivery location, and the supplier fulfilling your order. All applicable shipping costs are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. There are no hidden shipping fees.

4. Freight Shipping — General
Some products ship via LTL freight carrier due to size or weight. Freight terms and rates vary by supplier — see the Shipping Policy by Supplier section for details specific to your order.
The following guidelines apply to all freight shipments regardless of supplier:
• Inspect all freight shipments BEFORE signing the delivery receipt.
• Note any damage on the freight bill before the carrier departs — failure to do so may void your damage claim.
• All freight shipments require a signature upon delivery.
• Freight orders may not be cancelled once shipment has been tendered to the carrier.
• Tracking information is provided via email once your shipment is booked.
• Freight orders cannot be delivered to PO Boxes.
5. Free Shipping
Eligibility: Orders over $150 with combined cart weight under 70 lbs
Region: 48 contiguous United States only
Exclusions: Freight shipments, Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and international orders
Free shipping promotions do not apply to freight shipments regardless of order value. See individual supplier sections for supplier-specific free shipping thresholds.
6. Order Processing Time
Standard Processing: 2–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays)
Order Cut-Off: Orders placed before 5:00 PM MST begin processing the same day
Weekends & Holidays: Processed on the next business day

7. Estimated Delivery Times
Standard Parcel: 3–7 business days after shipment
Freight: 5–14 business days after freight booking confirmation
International: 7–14 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, carrier delays, customs, or other factors beyond our control.
8. Shipping Carriers
Parcel: UPS Ground, FedEx Ground, USPS
Freight: R+L Carriers, Estes Express, SAIA, Daylight Transport — carrier selected based on route and supplier
All orders include tracking information provided via email once your order ships.
9. Delivery Issues
Delayed or Lost Packages
Contact us at Info@GarageGearDirect.com or 970.699.4343 if your package is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time or tracking shows no movement for 5+ business days.
Damaged Packages
• Parcel damage: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of damaged packaging and items.
• Freight damage: Note damage on the delivery receipt BEFORE the driver leaves. Contact us within 24 hours with photos. Failure to note freight damage at delivery may void your claim.
Missing Items
Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package with your order number and details of any missing items.
10. Incorrect Address
Please ensure all shipping information is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Additional shipping charges apply for reshipment of returned packages.
11. International Shipping
International shipments may require customs clearance which can cause delays. Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the buyer's responsibility.
12. Risk of Loss
Risk of loss and title pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Skyli Holdings LLC dba Garage Gear Direct is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or damaged during transit once tendered to the carrier.

General
Most standard orders ship within 7–12 business days. Large, custom-built, or specialized items may require 12–20 business days. Estimated shipping times are displayed at checkout. Tracking is provided via email once your order is dispatched.
Renogy
Renogy products ship directly from their distribution facility in Ontario, CA.
Standard Parcel (Under 70 lbs)
Ships via UPS Ground at the flat rate shown at checkout. Estimated transit: 3–7 business days. Tracking provided via email upon shipment.
Freight (70 lbs and Over)
Ships via LTL freight carrier. An estimated freight deposit of $199.99 is collected at checkout. Final freight cost will be invoiced within 1 business day of order placement — all balances must be paid in full prior to shipment. Signature required upon delivery, tracking provided. Cancellations accepted within 24 hours of order placement and subject to Terms of Service.
Free Shipping
Free shipping applies to Renogy orders over $150 with a combined cart weight under 70 lbs, shipping within the 48 contiguous states.
Warranty & Support
Contact Renogy directly at renogy.com/support or 1-909-287-7111 for warranty and technical support. Garage Gear Direct will assist in facilitating warranty claims but does not provide manufacturer warranty coverage directly.
APG Wholesale
APG products ship from supplier warehouses across the continental United States.
Standard Parcel
Smaller items ship via UPS, FedEx, or USPS with rates calculated at checkout. A 5% handling fee applies to all calculated carrier rates.
Freight (150 lbs and Over)
Heavy items ship via LTL freight carrier. Freight rates are calculated by weight at checkout. An estimated freight deposit is collected — if actual freight cost exceeds the deposit, a balance invoice will be sent prior to shipment. Signature required upon delivery.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Orders that have entered fulfillment cannot be cancelled. Subject to Terms of Service.
BoxoUSA
BoxoUSA products ship from their facility in Irvine, CA.
Ground Shipping
Free shipping on Ground-eligible orders of $1,000 or more within the continental United States. Smaller orders ship via UPS Ground or USPS with calculated rates at checkout.
Freight Shipping
Large products including rolling toolboxes and OSM modular systems ship via freight carrier. Freight rates are based on distance from BoxoUSA's facility. An estimated freight deposit is collected at checkout — final freight cost will be invoiced prior to shipment. Signature required upon delivery.
Returns
All returns require a Return Authorization Number (RMA) prior to return. Items must be 100% complete in original condition and packaging. Returns after shipment are subject to a 25% restocking fee and return shipping costs. Contact: customerservice@boxousa.com | 714-499-9918.
BougeRV
BougeRV products ship from their US warehouses via UPS, FedEx, or USPS within the 48 contiguous states. Free economy shipping on orders $100 or more. Standard shipping $15 for orders under $100. Expedited shipping available at checkout. Estimated transit: 3–8 business days.
KATOOL Automotive Equipment
KATOOL products are professional-grade automotive shop equipment shipped via freight carrier. Shipping terms vary by product and are clearly noted on each product page.
Standard Parcel
Smaller accessories and tools ship via UPS or FedEx Ground at a flat rate based on weight.
Freight w/ Liftgate
Most KATOOL equipment ships via freight with liftgate delivery. The carrier truck is equipped with a liftgate that lowers your shipment to ground level — no special equipment required at your delivery location. All applicable surcharges are included in the rate shown at checkout.
Freight — Forklift Required

⚠ FORKLIFT REQUIRED: Some KATOOL products require a forklift or loading dock at the delivery location. This is a KATOOL requirement — the freight carrier will NOT unload the shipment without appropriate equipment on-site. This requirement is clearly noted on applicable product pages. Failure to have required equipment at delivery may result in redelivery fees charged to the customer. |
Forklift-required products ship at a separate rate that includes all applicable surcharges. Customer is responsible for ensuring a forklift or loading dock is available at the time of delivery.
Commercial Only Products
Certain heavy KATOOL equipment is available to commercial addresses only. These products require a commercial delivery address and customer-provided forklift or loading dock. This restriction is noted on applicable product pages.
